Please find below an overview of the renting price for our appartment in Saint Pierre. Arrivals are scheduled on between 04.00 p.m. and 07.30 p.m. Departures prior to 10:00 a.m. Additional charges are as follows: for the use of electricity: € 0,20 per kWh. (Mandatory) renting of bedlinen and towels (2 per person, per stay):€ 12 per person. Replacement (during your stay) at € 12 per person. Cleaning charges (at the end of your stay): € 60. Upon arrival a security deposit of € 500 -in cash- will be due. Under deduction of charges (and possible damages) the security deposit will be reimbursed on the date of departure. Smoking and pets prohibited.

Prices are in  Euros, per week, and are exclusive of cleaning costs, charges for bedlinen and towels and electricity charges.

If you wish to rent the apartment for a shoter period: the renting price for 2 nights equals 45% of the above prices and for 3 nights you would pay 60%. All charges and arrival and departure times are as described above.
