Please find below an overview of the renting prices for our appartments in Saint Pierre. Arrivals are scheduled on between 04.00 p.m. and 07.30 p.m. Departures prior to 10:00 a.m. Additional charges are as follows: for the use of electricity: € 0,15 per kWh. (Mandatory) renting of bedlinen and towels (2 per person, per stay):€ 12. Replacement (during your stay) at € 12 per person. Cleaning charges (at the end of your stay):€ 60 (8 persons appartment) and € 80 (10 persons appartment). Upon arrival a security deposit of € 500 -in cash- will be due per appartment. Under deduction of charges (and possible damages) the security deposit(s) will be reimbursed on the date of departure.

Prices are in  Euros, per week, and are exclusive of cleaning costs, charges for bedlinen and towels and electricity charges.

If you wish to rent one or two apartments for a shoter period: the renting price for 2 nights equals 45% of the above prices and for 3 nights you would pay 60%. All charges and arrival and departure times are as described above.
